Thanks for signing up for Direct Debit. Please rest assured that it can only be used to pay an invoice once you have agreed to do so, and for no other purpose.

When paying, you may choose to select the checkbox where all future invoices will be paid automatically by Direct Debit on the due date, which is usually 7 days for individuals, 30 days for company accounts. Each time you’ll be sent an email informing you when the payment is due to leave your account. Please ensure that you’re clear about my cancellation policy before selecting this option.
Please do not select the automatic Direct Debit option if you occasionally run short of funds by the end of the month. You can choose to sometimes pay an invoice by Direct Debit, or sometimes not, depending on what best suits your circumstances at the time. There are other payment options here, but I’m afraid I can’t accept cheques or cash.
