Here are the various ways you can pay. Every payment is linked to an invoice that is issued on the day. I’m sorry but I don’t accept cash, it’s all electronic/online.
The simplest and least expensive way to pay is through Direct Debit.
Direct Debit
- To set up a Direct Debit mandate, enter your name, billing address, email address and IBAN here: https://xero.gocardless.com/pay/co/GEN5874925925
- Payments via Direct Debit can only be taken from your account to settle an invoice from me, not for any other purpose, and only if you expressly choose it. Once you have set up a Direct Debit mandate, and indicated that you wish to pay your invoice by this method, you will be sent an email informing you exactly when the money will leave your account.
- Direct Debit mandates for paying invoices can be cancelled by you, at any time, by contacting me or using your bank app.
- Although Direct Debit only costs you about 20c per transaction, (roughly the same as EFT, and much cheaper than a cheque) if a Direct Debit is returned unpaid it can be costly. Therefore, if you run low occasionally, like towards the end of a month, then please don’t select the Direct Debit option.
- Please ensure you’re aware of my cancellation policy for missed appointments before selecting automatic Direct Debit payments.*
- Payments will appear on your statement as “GoCardless Ltd, Ref: Dermodmoore”
- For further information on the GoCardless Direct Debit facility read here: https://support.gocardless.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115002835269-FAQs-for-customers-paying-through-GoCardless
Electronic Funds Transfer
You can pay with Electronic Funds Transfer, using your online banking system (please use your name as the reference)
- The account details appear on every invoice I send you. The service I am using, from Wise, (formerly TransferWise) is a SEPA account for euro invoices, and on sterling invoices you will see the Sort Code/Account number. If they ask for the country for the IBAN, it’s Belgium (BE).
- Please select “Business” as the type of account, if your app asks you to choose, and put “BONHOMIE” as the account name.
If there’s a problem with EFT, then please set up a Direct Debit instead.
Credit or Debit Card
- You can pay on your phone or online, using the “Pay Now” button in the invoice, where you can pay with Debit or Credit Card, including Apple Pay.
- Your costs using cards can vary greatly depending on your bank; contactless can be as little as 2c; or it can be much more for some credit cards.
- As a general rule, bank to bank transfers (DD, EFT) are cheaper than using Visa/Mastercard.
- I don’t accept Paypal as it is very expensive!

If you have any questions, please let me know.

* Cancellation policy
If an appointment is in the book, then it’s payable. If you give me enough notice and I can rearrange an appointment for you, within a day or two of the original appointment, great; if, however, I can’t manage to find a suitable alternative appointment for you, the session is still payable.
