I’m Dermod Moore. Since 1993, I’ve been writing the fortnightly column in Hot Press. A collection was published in 2005 called . My “day job” is a psychotherapist and teacher. I’m currently making a documentary at Filmbase. As well as my column, I publish some here, as well as anything else that takes my fancy. You may like to read the “mission statement” about my reviews. I have done a bit of podcasting, a few book reviews, and I enjoy taking photographs, too. And occasionally I do some reviews for The Kiosk on Saturday mornings with Nadine O’Regan on Phantom FM. The Kiosk is occasionally available via podcast.

If you are a theatre producer, and you believe I’d like a show you’re planning, invite me! My reviews tend to come first in Google search results for the shows I write about, for some reason, and a lot of people use Google to find out about a particular show before buying tickets.
