		<description>It does seem strange when you write it Dermod!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And yet it makes sense. Firstly because spending money is a gratifying thing to do. Rightly or wrongly!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;More importantly because spending money can be a value statement and so you are making a personal affirmation when you do purchase from someone you like/respect that this is the service you require from the marketplace. And so working on ways to justify such a purchase hits all the right buttons.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And the opposite statement is not difficult to identify with at all - don&#039;t you just hate the thought of giving money to someone whose service is lousy!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;keith</description>
