The good folk at NEAR fm 101.6 have put the interview they did with me on 1st December up on their regular podcast. A community radio station, they were the first radio station in Ireland to use podcasting. I was on their book programme, Cover to Cover, and it was a nice chat with Pat Lynch. The interviewee before me was Declan Lynch, author of The Rooms, the book that was launched with Diary of a Man, and I refer to what Declan was saying in this 18 minute section. We run out of time, it does get a bit rushed at the end, but it was very pleasant.I end up not sure whether I got across what I wanted to say, but then that would mean I’d have to have an agenda in my mind in the first place. Apart from “buy my book“! What do you do, anyway? You just chat, answer the questions, and it’s done. Hopefully you don’t make too much of a prat of yourself along the way.
